1. Vegetarian tofu salad

Ingredients for vegetarian tofu salad

• 1 block of tofu
     • 1 cup
     oyster mushrooms • 1 cup black wood ear mushrooms
     • 3 tablespoons
     vegetarian soy sauce • 3 tablespoons lime juice
     • 1 sugar teaspoon
     • 2 teaspoon chili powder
     • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
     • 1/4 cup mint leaves

How to make vegetarian tofu larb:

Ingredients for Vegetarian Tofu
Hard white tofu. 
     • Broccoli (quantity as desired)
     • Half a diced carrot.

     • 2 dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked in water

     • 2 tablespoons of shiitake mushroom sauce
     • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
     • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
     • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
How to make vegetarian tofu
1. Cut tofu into little pieces, put in a bowl, cover, and microwave at medium power, 450 watts, for around 3 minutes.
2. Place broccoli, diced carrots, corn, and shiitake mushrooms in a heatproof bowl. Microwave at medium power, 450 watts, for around 3 minutes each.
3. Blend water, shiitake mushroom sauce, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch together.
4. Add carrots, corn and shiitake mushrooms, blend well. Then, at that point, put it in the microwave at 800 watts for around 3 minutes.

How to make tofu salad
1. Combine everything as one and saved.
2. Squash the tofu until squashed. Combine as one the bread scraps and salt.

It’s easy to make, just pound and pound it in a few minutes and you’re done. 

Ingredients: Vegetarian bean curd paste

 1/2 block of white tofu
     • 1 block of shredded bean curd wrapped in bamboo leaves.
     • 10 bird’s eye chilies
     • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
     • 1 lime
     • Bunch of eggplant 
     • Fresh vegetables as desired

How to make vegetarian tofu chili paste:

1. Whiten white tofu in bubbling water. Cut into little pieces.
2. Wash the higher bean stew. Put in a mortar and pound it generally. Add the bean curd and pound until fine.

     • Tofu •
     Oringi mushrooms • Shiitake

     Tao zi
     • Vegetable oil
     • Soy sauce • Shiitake
     mushroom seasoning powder

How to make stewed bitter melon with kiam chai and vegetarian bean curd:

1. Heat water to the point of boiling. Add cured cabbage to a bubble. Gather up and deplete the water.

Ingredients for simmering vegetarian bean curd

1/2 block of red bean curd
     • 2 tablespoons red bean curd juice
     • 1+1/4 cup coconut milk
     • 2 stalks of lemon grass
     • 1/2 white tofu, cut into squares sheet
     • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
     • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
     • granulated sugar
     • tamarind juice
     • 2 chili peppers
     • various fresh vegetables as desired

How to make vegetarian bean curd simmer

1. Grind the bean curd meat with the bean curd juice until all around consolidated. 2. Put coconut milk

2 cups vermicelli, absorbed water, cut into lengths
• 2 tablespoons vegan clam sauce
• 1 teaspoon shiitake mushroom preparing powder
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• Ground pepper 1/2 teaspoons
• 1 teaspoon dim soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 sheet tofu (cut slantingly into 4 three-sided pieces)
• Dried shiitake mushrooms, absorb water until 2 blossoms
, relaxed • 3 bits of old ginger, cut into generally cut pieces
• 1 teaspoon bean stew pepper

• 2 celery roots
